Tracey Crespo
Tracey Crespo is the Chief Operating Officer at Atlas Private Wealth Management. He is a native NJ resident but moved to Arizona for college and lived out west for 10 years. After graduating from Arizona State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science and living out a short stint as a ski bum in Vail, CO., Tracey started his career in the accounting group at a local Insurance firm. After a few short years in the Denver area, Tracey moved back to NJ (for a girl) and started working as an accountant with a growing hedge fund. There, he moved up the ranks from entry level accountant to Assistant Director of Operations.
After that, Tracey was Director of Operations at several other firms before joining a $700 million asset manager in Red Bank, NJ as Chief Operating Officer. During his 9-year tenure there, Tracey designed and developed the operation and worked with the leadership team, helping them grow the firm to over $3.5 billion, launching 4 mutual funds, 11 ETF’s and managing over 10,000 SMA’s along the way. During the great Covid disruption, Tracey earned his mortgage license, Life and Health licenses and real estate license.
That brings us to today. Tracey joined Atlas in 2021 in order to bring his extensive background in operations and technology to the rapidly expanding national presence of Atlas. Tracey lives in Eastampton, NJ with his wife (that girl), 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats (barn) and 8 horses (3 ours). We are a hockey and horses family, and we love traveling with our kids and chaos.
